Sears Broken washer - Kenmore Washe

I was scheduled for a 12-5 repair apt, 7/1,5 came and went and no call nothing, I called several times to ask what the hold up was and all I kept getting was the repairman is running behind and will call when hes on his way, I heard that two different times, I am very upset not only did I miss a days work but also I was stressed because of the lack of communication on Sears end.
