Not getting my rufund

My name is christina saccente and for 2 weeks i have been waiting to get my refund of $53. I made a payment and metro did an automatic withdrawl about an hour later. I called and was told it would take 7-10 days for my refund (this was may 19) i then called wednesday june 5th and was told it would be in friday june 7. Of course it's not there, i called three times and GOT DISCONNECTED while being transferred to the bill matrix of whatever the hell it's called. I called back today and of coure bill matrix is CLOSED. I work 2 jobs and do not have patientce to dick around with people taking my money. When i'm told i'm getting a refund i expect it. I know want my refund ASAP and a free month of service or i will complain to the better business bureau.
