Ripoff Fraudalent Withdrawls ripoff they took $159 from my bank account on 11-24-04

I began to apply for what appeared to be a unsecured visa, which the offer said i was preapproved. I continued putting in my information, when it got to asking for my bank inoformation, i thought this would be so they could directly withrdraw funds from my account in the even i didn't pay my credit card bill each month. Then i got to the part about the fees, so i closed the application. Never once clicked submit app.

The next day I check my balance of my account and find out i had been charged a $159 fee for something. I call the number the bank gave me and got a voicemail. Same thing the next day, voicemail.

I called the company today 12-27-04 and they tell me it's too late to get a refund. I only had 3 days to cancel. I filled out a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They already know of this company because there was information saying people misunderstand there so called terms. I want to picket this company because none of the other measures have worked out of the usacomplaints.com book. If there is anyone Close to Ft. Lauderdale Florida that would be willing to help me I would really appreciate it.
