Garnishments far exceed loan value due to tacked on charges. Rip-off!

CitiFinacial did get a judgement against me this year. They are taking 25% of my check. My loan was for $4500.00. This year alone they have garnished wages of over $2500.00. With all this I am not even close to any money going towards the principal.

At the rate of intrest and charges the are tacking on I figured it will take about $16000.00 or more to pay off this loan. I can not live like this and have already given my home, car, and everything else I can up to live.
As a single mom I have had to struggle, but with all the sacrifices I have had to make, they have left me no option but to file bankruptcy (if I can even come up with the money to do that.)

So please be aware that they are not offering solutions to your problems, only to enslave people into poverty. Until this I was always debt free, and now I am ruined.
