Don't Do Business with them. Don't get scammed

There are lots of reasons why You should not get a loan with this company. It took us 4 months to accually close on this loan. But they kept changing giving my diffrent numbers thats if they would return my many phone calls.

They kept making us promises. Because They wanted to put us in a 1 year loan and refinance us again in a few months because they were sure intrest rates would fall again. I told him if thats the case I'll just wait and refinance then but he reinsured me that I had to do this know that It would be easier to change over into a 30 year loan. They also so up late to your home they were suppose to be at my home at 2:00P.M. And didn't arrive until 7:10P.M. Finally at the closing they had double charge me for the appraisal so he said our mistake will reinburse you.

I call and ask for the money and they said I was not going to recieve it. That had went to additionl fees. I then realize This company has probably took me for more then I thought.

I took my closing pack to a local lender and asked if they would look it over and give me advice. He saw that I was over charged for the apprasial.$ 1,400 was not shown that I had prepaid. This he said puts them over 5% of the loan in closing fees which is regulated by the state.

There was alot of errors in there part. I did retain a laywer, and filed cliams against them. I just hope noone else gets scammed by these people. I should of back out before it was to late.
