Express check advance ripoff makes personal threats when they are not supposed to what do i do?

I recently got a loan with these cowards and I'm currently getting garnished on my job from a credit card co. When it came time for me to repay the loan I fell short due to the garnishment. Express called one of my family members and stated that they are going to be sending out a warrant for me and keeps constantly calling my relative when they have asked them to stop calling and they have my number, what do I do about these jerks cause now they are trying to send me to court. They are still keep going into the account making the fee's higher and higher. HELP!!! They have also called me threating me with a warrant
