Worst customer service... Ever!

Your bank is a joke!!! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am actually in the process of filing a second one!!! All you have to do is go online and view the AVALANCHE of complaints against US Bank. The branch in question, the Castro Branch in San Francisco.
The Branch Manager is a joke!!! I don't know how you people stay in business. Oh yeah, you rip people off and cannot offer any sort of explanation or have any sort of customer appreciation. There are many, many other banks out there, why people bank with US Bank is a complete mystery to me!!!
