I made a phone payment with these people. They told me they had all the information. A week later they call and tell me my bank account doesn't exist. They transcripted my account info incorrectly.

I was told at the time there would not be a late charge as it was their fault. I get the bill not only is there a late charge.

They also tagged me for a $30.00 return fee.

This was their mistake and I was charged $65.00 for it. There is no way to ever get out from under the debt this company racks up on you in service charges and hidden fees.

If this isn't illegal it should be.
