Ripoff Took $199 by an electronic check with a bogus number to contact them

This company took $199 out of my account without permission. They used my last name before I got married. I called my bank immediately. They gave me the telephone number to contact them (877) 298-6342. This number gives you three choices 1) customer service —no one answers this line it is a continuous loop. 2) company contact information — if you choose this option, the system notifies you that it doesn't recognize this option. 3) Sales — again the system doesn't recognize this option. Fortunately, my bank was very cooperative.
