Insurance Claim

I had my automobile insurance from Hanover. Got involved in a car accident on Tuesday the 19th March. Had notified my agent (Samel Insurance) immediately there after. I was told that the Hanover insurance Claims will reach out to me to take cae of the Nextel steps. Today is the 5th day after accident and no one bothered to call and take of the next steps. Extremely disappointed and will never recommend my friends or family to go with Hanover. Is this a what companies boast about Customer Service???
