I was in a car accident and was told by Hanover Insurance thet they would pay my deductable and car rental. When the car was repaired they told me that they never agreed to that. I know what they told me I had to pay it. The accident was not my fault I was hit from behind. I shouldn't have to pay for something tha was not my fault. Hanover even said it wasn't my fault. I told them I wasn't going throug my insurance com. My insurance company is now taking legal action to get my money back.
