Would never do business with them EVER!

I got 30 calls from all different loan companies, in an attempt to refinance. It was late, the end of the day, I was so tired.in my frustration I agreed to an appointment with the Vice President of the Company at my home.

The next morning when cooler heads prevailed, I had come to the decision that this was stupid, I was being forced into a refinance, and with a company I knew nothing about, when the savings being offered were less than stellar. So I called Colleen Peterson back to cancel the appointment.

She would not let me cancel. I would say "Cancel the appointment", she would come up with an excuse. I'd say "I don't want to keep this appointment." She'd say "but we've done so much work for you." I said cancel the appointment.

This exchange went on for a good 5 minutes until I had as much as I could take. I said as politely as a could, "that I was done, and that I wanted the meeting cancelled, " and that I wanted to continue to be polite but that I was going to hang up the phone in a moment. She told me "I was being irrational, " and that's when I lost it a bit and I began to get angry, I said "Cancel the appointment." She continued to talk so I hung up the phone.

It what universe would I ever do business with a company that treats a person like this.
