Aspire Visa making it almost impossible to pay off my account because of late fees, finance charges web payment fees

I have been trying to work with aspire card to pay off my debt but it is impossible due to all of their finance charges, late fees, account maintenance fee web payment fees, over the phone payments with all of these fees and my income status i will never get them paid off
