Ripoff credit card scam

I was called and offered a credit card with the limit of $2000.00 for a fee of $299.00 debited from my checking account.
They passed themselvees off as a company that helps you fix your credit. I was supposed to recieve the card within 2 business days of the transfer, when that didnt happen i called them and they said it would be 3 to 4 weeks before i recieved my card, so i looked it up to see if they had a website and got this ripoff website. Please help.
