Ripoff dishonest

So I give these people all of the information that they needed to follow through with getting this credit card, right. They said that they will call me back 2 days before the were going to withdrawl 79.95 from my account. Let alone they never called me but it didn't even get processed until the 30 of November. The origonal post date was november 25 or 26. When I called they told me I was not listed in their infromation.

After I told them the account stated the withdrawl she mysteriously found my information. I wound up finally asking for the supervisor waited forever and still waiting. The time is 11:34A.M. I have already been on the phone for ten minutes... I'll write back... Will I guess I don't have to write back. The supervisor after talking with her up till 11:47A.M., said that they would refund the money minus a $10.00 "origonation fee." I'd raher pay $10.00 than $79.95. This is the second time that I have gone through this hassel and I will never give my information to another person unless I do it in person and check with the Better Business Bureau.
