Ripoff, I was told I would be getting a visa platinum card

I was charged from my bank account for 300.00 from this comapany for a secured visa platinum plus... in which, once I received the total package would contain a refundable 300.00 vouche to be used on any of my purchases. I never received a true visa, only bogus information that included a catalog, a price list a a preprinted membership card.
