Great policy for new home purchase - Colonial Home Warranty

We had purchased a foreclosure. When our real estate agent recommended Colonial, we accepted her recommendation and signed for the one year warranty. My Oven broke down and we had called Colonial. After I called I received an email no longer then 10 min later with the technicians information. I called the tech and he scheduled an appointment for the next day. I%u2019m not exactly sure what was wrong or what he had fixed but has been working great ever since. I also recommended Colonial to my brother and my parents which they also have had great service which made me feel very good and will keep on spreading the word. Thank you Colonial and hope this will help you make up your mind with all those scams out there which I learned the hard way.
