I switched to Colonial Home Warranty after being with another company for several years. With that company, I felt like I was being given the third degree when I called for service, as if they were looking for loopholes so they would not have to pay. So when their rates went up, I decided to try Colonial. So far they have been terrific. When I call they understand that I have a problem and show a willingness to help me like im there only customer. Working together we managed to sign up the plumbing service I like. That was win-win-win for everyone. I highly recommend this consumer oriented company.
