Ripoff Violation of Contract

My husband got laid off for a period of time, during that time we also had filed bankrupcy but made the house excempt.

Well we talked to the work out department and set up a payment plan, to repay the 15,532.07 we were behind, due the 25th of each month. We were told that after the six months is up we can call them and modify our loan which would thin take the 12,495.95 that was left and put it at the end of are loan.

Well we have done are part and we just made are sixth month payment of 1,800.00 dollers. And on the 24th of November we got a notice on are door stating that are house is in fourclosure again and will be sold in Febuary. Well i dont understand what happend because they have been accepting money from us and all the fourclosure papers say that this procedings started on the 19th of November, are payment was due the 25th.

Any help that can be givin for there breach of contract such as a good lawer would be helpful.

And on top of the 12,000 that was left the just tacked on 5,000 more because the paper work for the fourclosure. I have the contract that was agreed apon by us and the work out department, and i have all the westernunion forms with dates all before the 25th of each month.
