Premier savings rip-off! They tell you will recieve a credit card with a $2,500 credit balance and you don't instead they charge you $299.00!

This company lets you think that you are getting a credit card pre-approved with a credit line of $2,500 and then you recieve an application for a card and the when you send that in they tell you that your your credit is not good enough and that you have to have a secured account. I have already file a report with better business bureau and the said they have complaints about the same company and they are investergating them.
