In the beginning we tried to be reasonable and work with these people. We explained that my husband had been very sick and hospitalized, and that we would only be able to make a small payment at this time. They would not except the payment and said that they would see our dead beat asses in jail.

They called my work place and called my boss a bitch because she wouldn't stop asking what company that they were affiliated with.

We made a first payment of $250.00 towards a settlement. They took the money directly out of my checking account. Two days later they called to say that because we didn't set up a second payment that the first payment went against the entire balance not the settlement. Also they charged our account another $164.00 fee and $48.00 in interest. Only $38.00 went towards our bill.
