Creditors Interchange
They called family members I haven't talked to in years to get payment ripoff

When my husband and I divorced I realized in was in over my head to I turn all my accounts over to a debt settlement company. MBNA refused to work with the debt settlement company and forwarded or sold my account to Creditors Interchange.

This company keeps calling me 3 or 4 times a day demanding I give them my bank account info when I said no that I would send them payment each month they threatned to sue me for back interest.

I have stopped taking their calls and now it seems they must have my credit report and other personnal information because the have left messages with my parents (which I have not lived with for 20 year) and have even left messages at my ex-husbands parents house which I have never used as a contact phone number.

At this point I don't know what I should do to stop these people from harrassing me. Any sugestions anyone?
