Ripoff deceptive very dishonest

In the summer of 2004 I was offered a credit card from this company with a credit line starting at $7,500. My credit is terrible and I thought this would be a good way to start working on a "good credit report". Well I had no idea first of all that this is not a actual card that you can use in actual stores. No you have to shop online. They were just uninformative. And I believe that they took money out of my account without me knowing the whole deal. Then I just tried to get on their website, and I can't because you have to have your account number. I don't know what my account number is and I called their customer service number and it's only a automated system. No live people to help me. There sure were plenty of people around to take my money. But none to help now. If someone is able to stop this company please let me know. I would be more than happy to help. Thanks for reading my two cents. Hopefully you're reading this before you get suckered, not after like I did.
