After I filed Bankruptcy, National City gave them my loan, I lost my job in janurary 2004. They would not help me in no way. They filed default with my attorney, and trying to take my home, they added payments that they know I could not afford, they would not refinance, would not let me be late on a payment, if I was 30 days late they was after me. Well now I decided to file chaper 7, so I would not owe them nothing, they want that house that bad, they can have it. I would not recommend them to know one, they are the worst mortgage company to deal with.
