Argus National Bancorp aka Roman Dimeo - Robert Lazar ripoff Fraud deception, Please don't get involved with these people

Argus National Bancorp, aka, Roman Dimeo and Robert Lazar have put my family into bankrupcy. After an agreement to start up a mortgage bank for this so called investor last June, my life has been turned upside down. I have been issued 3 seperate bad checks in the amounts of $3100, $6000, and $10,100. Each time they were confronted about the "NSF's" in the account they promised even more.

First Roman Dimeo promised to buy my home that was for sale in Michigan, and in his words " take the loss as a write-off. That made me stay on with them along with several others that were issued bad checks. After the second bad check, they had promised to pay off all of my credit cards, since my intrest rates went from single digit %'s to 28.99% from being late!!!

At this point everything of mine was late, including my bank account that had been closed from the first "NSF" check I was given. The money he was to get was always two days to a week away from being here.

After a third check was given to me and denied, they were going to pay my mortgage payments, rent, car payments, and electrical so they would not be forclosed, repoed, and shut off. Guess what, he paid these by telephone and gave me conformation #'s, saying this was from his own money.

Nine days later I find out all of these were returned "NSF". At this point it was October 15th and I turned in my last check to the Maricopa county bad check division. When they found out they told me to "Back off" or else I would get nothing they owed me. At this point I am owed over 30k in money (Per our employment agreement) and have lost everything I worked so hard to get.

I went from perfect credit to a backruptcy, and not even being able to cash a check in 5 months. My family went through an eviction from false promises make by these two, to my apartment maanagers. I was forced to live out of a hotel for 6 days with two small children because of their lies.

If anyone out there can help me out as in what to do, several families have been hurt because of their lies and I don't want anyone going through what I've been through. I welcome any help. Contact me by using the rebuttal box below.
