Allstate Ripoff, Bad faith, did not pay disibitly protection plan, charged account without solicitatn Palatine Illinois

Sears Mastercard Credit plan had an unsolited charge for a disability plan in case you are not able to work.

I telephoned sears after bill had been paid and informed the Sears staff member that I would be having a total Knee replacement (In June) and he confirmed that I did have the disibility plan and was covered.
Never mind that I was charged for this plan without my request. I neede it and they took my money. So I Gave him the Date of Surgery and post recovery date that I would most likley be back to work. (December)

Well when December came around I find that Sears was about to place my accountt into collections, all funds to cover insurance premiams were held due to non payment of account. Recived 6 negitive non payment report's for non-payment to the account that the insurance policy was supposed pay and keep me out of a negitve credit report. This should have been paid up while I was out also. Why wait until you are back to work to payup the account?
So now I have tried to get a loan conslolidation was refused or had to obtain a loan that would icrease payment over 30 years an excess of $150,000.00 in higher a intrest rate braket.

This is what bank's love to do when they advertize for low home loans. I have recived many false telephone numbers and when I inqire about the error the department cant seem to find my file.

After trying about 12 different numbers I was reffered to a number for allstate insurance. Eureka they did have the plan. Sent me a claim number and a request for a doctors report. Sent request to Dr. Then never herd again.

Still dealing with this issue and the nighmare it has caused. Have to settle before I can attempt to Sue Allstate and sears for bad faith. And in California all out of state disputes requiring the court must be sent to Superior court (50,000.00 or less) seems a bit much for a $500.00 claim that alstate insurance cant afford to pay.

But as I have stated to both company's after many futile attempts, "sorry, I guess you will just have to tell it to the jury.")
