Ripoff charged unathorized to my credit card

A charge of $96 appeared on our Fifth Third Master Card bill for Nov from this company. We have never ordered anything from them and don't even know how they got our credit card number!

I use this card for purchases on the internet and this probably is how they stole our credit information.

I have filed a complaint with Fifth Third and I am waiting for their reply.
