Charged my credit card for $169.95, called to ask about charge. Won't give a verbal answer, say something about a membership, will send in mail, ripoff

I received a credit card bill for 169.95 from HDI*SIMPLEESCAPES. I called to find out what this bill was for. I was told a membership.

I said oh no I didn't order any membership and the woman would not tell me what the order was for but she would send me written information abou the charge. I called my credit card company and immediatley filed a dispute. At this time the charge has been credited back to Merchants Bank and a dispute has been filed
