Harris Publishing, Net Detective Ripoff, applied for free credit report charged $99, i was not reimbursed

I ordered Net Detective and they had an offer of a free credit report. I applied for the free report which along came a credit guard service at no obligation. I cancelled the service and was still charged $99.00 in March. I've been told since march my check was in the mail. Do not order any FREE credit reports if they make you get a NO Obligation service.
