Ripoff-they took money from my account, without having my acct information

ON March 3, I purchased Net Detective, On their main page, they offered free credit report from Clear Credit.com, I did not go to the site at the time. A few days later, I decided to see what it was about.

I decided to check out the site, the beginning of April, so I went to Clear Credit. I filled out the information, as it said its free. When I got to the page where they wanted credit card information, I x-ed it out.

I had to laugh, as they advertise free. Well on April 7, when i went to check my checking account online, it no longer was funny. There was a tranaction pending.
The transaction was for $99.90, payable to Clear Credit. Well i called my bank right then. I explained to them, that I did not give my permission to this company to take the money out.

I then explained to my bank, that I did not even give this company my account information, and how they got it, I had no idea.

I filed a fraud complaint right then as well. I did not think my bank would allow this transaction to go through, but they did. The money came out today, April 9.

I called my bank, and asked why they allowed this. I was told it was in the middle of the transaction, and it must of not been noticed. I then said, I told you people the first day, that this company was stealing money from me.

Anyway, I have filed with several other agencies on Clear Credit. These people need to be stopped, and need to be thrown in jail. What they are doing is against the law.

Also, Net Detective is just as guilty for allowing this company to advertise on their site. I have sent Net Detective and Clear Credit several e mails, and have not received a response.
