Alternative Revenue is a collection agency, We have been dealing with them for a couple years now. Everytime we try to settle the seem to fall off the face of the earth and when they finally do respond the balance seems to go up, we started with oweing $400 and now its up to $1100. The guy we are working with Joe Baca is very rude and won't work with you in any way, I'm about to hire a lawyer.
