So I've been charged $79 bucks too! I called these guys today, and apparently I've been a member sence July and have payed previous balances of that much every year includeing and upto this july 4th (says the operator)."Hmmm" I says, "but I've never applied for a credit report nor wanted one nor checked on one." The operator replies, "I have it recorded here that you've accessed the account one time in sept."

Yeah so I don't know how everyone else spends their money but I'm purdy darn sure they don't order $80 credit reports slash monitoring services for 2 goin on 3 years and only find enough spare time to check it ONCE exactly ONE month prior to being charged a random $79.99 fee that was never authorized nor which has NO account statment attached via e-mail OR post mail WHICH ALL of my bills correct me if i'm wrong get sent to my home first, where I than deside to pay (in this case not pay) and choose the appropriate credit card to use.

SURELY I wouldn't choose the one with no money on it, because that would incure me further charges of OVERDRAFT PROTECTION, which stupidly I apparently chose to do.

Yep, so I like you went for the internet, found all this crazy stuff thanks to you:) one report which was writtin today to and hopefully i'll get my money back to, maybe more to for the eh prior years i'v been paying for. So its off to the bank than comsumerinfo, than than most likely when that fails that sweet sweet lawsuit. I'll update muhahaha
