Ripoff deceptive company

I wanted to try the free credit report and noticed today that the company charged my credit card for $79.95 already. I had e-mailed them right after I saw the lousy credit report they give you for "free" and apparently it did not get to them. Ya right! So I called today and cancelled but the woman on the phone told me that because I had apparently been a member before, she could only refund me a prorated charge of $76 something. It never told me I was a member before. These places all look alike-they are probably owned by the same company! I found this very deceptive.

Now I have to see if I can find my e-mail because as a matter of principle, I want to fight over the lousy $4 prorated charge with these jerks.
