Ripoff used an out of country like jamaca phone call on id to lear me else wise in thinking

I had an in debtment back in 1992 and different name from a previous marriage. After 14 years and cleaning up my credit I start recieving unanamous phone calls stating I owe them money and will settle for a smaller amount. The calls are getting anoying and one came from Jamaca and I returned the call and he turned it over to another guy and he got real snotty with me demanding the money or else and I said this was 14 years ago and he didnt care and I mentioned the F.D.C.P.A. And he laughed at me and asked if I was going to pay or dispute it?

I said you better not touch my credit and he got real smart and got demanding as if he was threatening me or else. Of course by then I lost my cool and sweared in which I should not have and hung up on him. What should I do. Can they really attack my bank account to freeze it or take me to court and where would that be or why cant my new life after 14 years be left alone and can they attack my good credit report now in good standing? Please help me to be reassured.
