Rip-off! They have continuely caused problems with my loan from almost day one

Boy this company just keeps getting better and better. They said they never received my November payment. But I received a letter today saying that the routing number was missing off of my check. Enclosed in the letter was my check (routing number missing) and someone elses October payment coupon.

When I called to find out what was up the "customer service rep" (I say that laughing) said that I should just discard the other payment coupon (conviently ripped the exact same way my check is). The names on the payment coupon aren't even remotely simular to mine nor is the loan number any where close to mine.

Of course they don't care there. They have continuely caused problems with my loan from almost day one. I am seriously considering paying the penalty and refinance rather than paying in other ways to these people. I guess to work at Ameriquest you do not have to have
A) common sense
B) ablility to read how to apply a payment
C) A personality
D) any education what so ever

I hope other people read this and stay away from Ameriquest. You will pay dearly one way or another.
