Ripoff scare tactics

Would like to comment on LTD financial collection agency. They are the WORST collection agency I have ever had to deal with, they have broken almost every law concerning debt collections, from calling over 3 times a week, to making threats about law suits. Do not settle with these people. They are a bunch of rascals.
