I had applied with a company called kingsway corporation. They apparently were bought off by financial solutions. Kelly macfarland called and and told that she found my file with the previous company and that if i was still interested in the loan of $30,000.00. I said yes of course. She faxed me the papers of course and i send her the money for collateral in the amount of $ 1,500.00 which i had to send by western union to alicia bartholemew in ontario, canada.
She said the lender company called suncorp would deposit the $30,000.00 dollars in my account in two days. Both her and "her assistant " named robert foley were both communicating to me.

Everything looked ok to me, i even checked the bbb metropolitan of new york and they were listed.
The told me too to fax the western union receipts to them so that they can reimburse me but the after i had faxed them the forms the fax number was disconneted like it never existing. At least the phone number does even if no one picks it up. The company suncorp does exist but i do not think that they know that kelly and robert are using their company name as a lender. We have never gotten the money yet since oct 29th and i have been trying to call them but no one picks up the phone. If i had seen the earlier usacomplaints.com from someone else i would not have gone ahead with this.
They are heartless people who look for people to take money and they are also using company names like suncorp.

I am trying to get a lawyer to take them to court, sue them or anything else i do not care.
If there is a lawyer out there, please conatact me we need to take this company down.
