Ripoff

This company claims to help your credit out, but in turn is only a ripoff for 300 of your hard earned dollars. Even after you call and tell them that you have changed your mind after doing research, call your bank and cancel the check number, they still manage to steal your money by using a check that they have created.

Then when you call the number for this agency that is supposted to represent them, you get the runaround about your refund. I was told to continue calling back every week to find out the status of my refund. I do not feel as though I should have to chase down money that is owed to me when they should not have taken it in the first place. If anyone has any suggestions on what I can do please help.
