First Convenience Bank
I like this bank - there are some growing pains

Business & Finance

This 111 year old bank is apperently having some growing pains. I had one incident when my debit card was not cancelled although I had reported lost. Some charges came through and before it was over, overdraft fees added up to $200.00. I called in a claim and that department was rude as most dectives can be. I persisted and finally received a courteous call from a real manager. Everything was resolved. To-date I have no problems. Going through protocal is possible if you care enough about your account. I always get courteous service at the Wal-Mart branch and they are always eager to help. Allow some growing pains to happen and watch the flaws diminish. Online banking account management is the key... With any bank. You are really in control.
