Burned eye after waxing

Child visited hair cuttery to obtain a cut and her brows done... We were over-charged for that hair-cut plus they burned & took skin off her eyelid from waxing within the same region more often than once and also the polish being to warm! Then your woman informs my child oh you will be okay... I suppose the polish was also hot. Manager is very rude!!!
