Leaky bottles, bad customer service

I bought some perfume samples from this company. They arrived but half of the bottles had leaked. I emailed to let them know there was a problem and they never replied. I sent another email, and still no reply. I even unsubscribed from their service and wrote why I was unsubscribing, and still no reply.

So basically, you will never get a refund from this company if you have a problem with their product, and they don't care about your business.
