Although there were a few different restaurants at the hotel, only one and maybe two were open at a time, but rarely. The food was disappointing as well as the service in the restaurants. Each meal had maybe one 'okay' food, but a lot of it tasted old and stale. A few of the restaurants just served the same exact food anyway. We one or two good waiters, but most of the others were either not to be found, or the opposite and hovering over us, trying to take our food when we were not done. A lot of the food service workers behind the grills were rude. The air conditioning was "broke" for the first two days we were there, but they just kept saying it'd be fixed in "20 minutes" then, it'd be fixed in an hour, etc. Our room also had such an odd smell to it, as did all of the linens and towels. A couple of the front counter ladies were very nice and helpful though, as well as the guest services counter. It's very pretty in this area, but I would not stay here again or refer others. I'd also spend the extra money and stay somewhere else that is not all inclusive to have better meals.
