Horrible Service. I purchased 2 alarm clocks almost 2 months ago. I was charged for both and have yet to receive anything. I've contacted groupon and they've been investigating for over a week now with still no answer. I have asked to speak with a supervisor numerous times and they have yet to give me an e-mail or number. I wish I listened to these reviews before money was stolen from me. If you're smart, DO NOT FALL FOR IT! Anyone know how to get their money back? If not I am contacting my bank for fraud because that's exactly what this is!
