Ultra horrible customer service

I just had the same experience. UPS states they delivered the package on 8/3 at 3:19pm. However I was working from home that day and the package was never left at my door.

I contacted Ulta and they basically are calling me a liar. I contacted UPS and they said there was nothing they could do either. I hate UPS because they are known for delivering packages to the wrong address (we just got a huge package that was suppose to go a address over a block away). Now I hate Ulta because of their customer service. I will never purchase anything from them again.
