Hair cut and color disaster, Silverado Ranch Plaza, Las Vegas

I took a picture into the store and discussed with hair dresser. I told her I wanted to stay away from red colors. What I got was a strawberry, brassy pixie cut. I wanted my hair almost to be a mop cut on top—meaning long layers on top and everything else to follow my hairline.

The manager did not even have the professionalism to speak with me directly and I left without my hair even being cut evenly. Disgusted with this salon and will never go back to Ulta.
