Waste of time and money!

I got a groupon for full highlights, deep condition, cut and blow dry, paid $60... Did not receive full highlights, my roots are still showing (the stylist had to foil my hair a second time because I said my roots were so noticeable after she was done drying it) I paid for low lights ($40), so all in all I paid $100 that I could have spend somewhere else to have my hair done correctly. The salon owner was there and I assume knew what was going on, and didn't offer a discount or anything... I still tipped 20% on the non groupon rate which would have been $120... I am disappointed because I was looking for a new salon, but I guess my search is still on.
