IPhone Hotline App Review: Bad Services

Went for a hair perm last week. Very disappointed with the customer services they provided. Staff were rude, impatient and unwilling to explain more when customers were in doubt. Understand that they're having coupon promotions, they might be tired dealing with high volume of responses. But this customer services. Didn't we pay for what we are getting?! If such staff have no basic customer services, then perhaps salon should close down?
