Will deny customer services

Sam Zano feels that it is the customers privilege to go to his salon. They are overpriced for their services and talents. They feel they have the right to Refuse, Sue, and Call the police on any customers they do not like (especailly when they are in the wrong). Are we going back into the 1920's again. Their big egos with all their personal problems. I can assure you that there are plenty of hair salons around here that do much better work. Watch out for Denise Zano (one of the main owners) she is so Lawsuit happy, even her own employees know she will Sue them in a minute and bring them to court. Be careful of the girls attacking you there, too. Since they date the owner they think they can act and say what they want, too.
