My experience at Burleson, Texas: I hadn't had a haircut in 6 months, and I thought Ulta would be the place to go. I was thinking the gals there had experience. I thought the price for a shampoo, cut and blow dry was a steal... Until about half way through. That is... Half way through an HOUR of cutting. I thought she just wanted to be thorough and then she said if we could just remove this whole section of hair, everything would be okay! Yeah??? I was thinking, if you could just cut hair properly, everything would be okay! She dried my hair and then continued cutting. It was the worst haircut I ever had. About a month of enduring some really choppy, uneven layers and heavy looking in the front, I went to Master Cuts and got a $15 haircut and was way happier. Come to find out, if you want a supposedly better hair cut you have to pay nearly double for a "master" stylist at Ulta. Not sure if you'll get your money's worth, though. Can't recommend them, but you may have better luck than me.
