Horrific Experience

I went to the Ulta Salon location in Woodbridge, VA (Smoketown). This was my first visit and LAST. Not only was my stylist over 30 minutes late to start my appointment and juggled me between 2 other clients, she completely ruined my hair! My plan was to get full/all over color and a trim. I ended up just asking to have my roots touched up due to getting a late start. After 2 hours of sitting/waiting and feeling ignored I was finally escorted to the shampoo area while my stylist finished her other client. I told my stylist to forget the haircut, just blow dry and style. I left with with an ORANGE/Strawberry color and completely flat hair that felt like dried out STRAW! I will NEVER step foot in another Ulta salon ever again! The staff was clearly inexperienced and unprofessional - to include the checkout register. Yes, I still paid just so that I could escape with my dignity intact & without a felony charge!
